Shipping is at a standard rate of R89 to your door, throughout South Africa.
All personalized orders have a turnaround time of approximately 4 weeks after pre orders close. Due to all ourΒ jewellery being imported, slight delays may occur at times due to delays in custom clearance, shipping time to our HQ, etc. In such an event, you will be notified, and we will try our utmost best to urge the process and have your order dispatched to you.
If you would like to make changes and additions to an existing design, or would like a piece to be designed especially for you, please drop us a DM on Instagram @de.valeur.jewels and we will assist you in creating and customizing a design according to your preference.
Absolutely! Simply type in the English name in the box provided and we will send out a spelling confirmation to let you confirm or correct the spelling for your piece before we begin the production process. Be sure to keep an eye on your email and DM’s and we’ll help to get the best and most accurate spelling for you!
Unfortunately not. Due to us being an online based store, cash payments will not be accepted. Payment will only be accepted via EFT.
